Tammy DeCounter, Executive Director
Tammy joined The Lamoine in October of 2018, bringing her experiences in marketing and agriculture sales. Tammy works with all Team Members, residents and family members to promote the overall “wellness” of The Lamoine. She ensures all Team Members meet the state regulated requirements in order to provide high quality, reliable care to our residents. She also reviews and manages the monthly resident billing.
Richalee Doll, Director of Nursing
Richalee has been a nurse for an outstanding 40 years! Earning her nursing degree from Carl Sandburg College in 1980, Richalee has held various nursing position throughout her career. In the last 23 years, she has specialized in Home Health, Hospice, and Utilization Review. Her experiences in the healthcare industry brings efficiency and safety to our clinical team, thus being able provide our residents the best assistance they can get. The Lamoine is very grateful to have her apart of our team!
Timothy Teslicka, Director of Marketing & Sales
Born and raised in Macomb Illinois, Tim has 6 years of successful marketing and 3 years of efficient sales experience under his belt. Graduating with a Bachelors degree in Communication and Perspective Arts from Illinois College, in Jacksonville Illinois, Tim has the ability connect with his audience in marketing and in person! The Lamoine is very grateful to have him as a part of our team!
Karen Bucholtz, RN, BSN , Administrative Nurse
Karen has 29 year’s of experience as a Registered Nurse, making her a great asset to the Lamoine team. Receiving her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from OSF St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in 1990, Karen has held various nursing roles in the health industry. Not only that, but a large portion of Karen’s experience was being a preceptor to new and students nurses, as well as educating patients about their health/treatments. The Lamoine is very excited to have her contribute her experience to our team!
Jonathan Chu, Executive Chef
Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s Degree at WIU and his Associates Degree from the Culinary School at Joliet College. Jonathan has been a professional chef for 16 years and takes pride in planning homemade meals that meet each resident’s nutritional needs and personal preferences. He also manages and oversees special events held at The Lamoine to ensure everyone has a memorable experience.
